幾乎每一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)藝術(shù)的學(xué)生都知道，藝術(shù)是耗資較大的，而出國學(xué)習(xí)藝術(shù)更是讓不少家庭望而卻步。然而，意大利的圖蘭朵計(jì)劃和馬可波羅計(jì)劃，幫助了許多在藝術(shù)道路上不斷追求的孩子，讓他們有機(jī)會去世界上最好的藝術(shù)院校深造，而且還是免費(fèi)的。 

圖蘭朵計(jì)劃

由意大利大學(xué)和政府共同推出的，專門針對中國藝術(shù)、音樂、美術(shù)學(xué)生的官方計(jì)劃—圖蘭朵計(jì)劃可以說是藝術(shù)生的福音。

“圖蘭朵計(jì)劃”讓中國的藝術(shù)類學(xué)生能夠順利入讀意大利大學(xué)，就像是藝術(shù)類學(xué)生的“馬可波羅計(jì)劃”（針對普通文理科學(xué)生的官方計(jì)劃）。通過該計(jì)劃申請的學(xué)生可免除意大利語要求，是馬可波羅計(jì)劃的姊妹篇，同樣是具備中意政府合作背景的官方留學(xué)合作項(xiàng)目。不同的是，圖蘭朵計(jì)劃只招收藝術(shù)類學(xué)生，包括音樂和美術(shù)類中國學(xué)生，是針對藝術(shù)類學(xué)生赴意大利留學(xué)的專門留學(xué)項(xiàng)目。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目可以說是留學(xué)界的一股清流。 

The "Turandot Plan" enables Chinese art students to enter Italian universities smoothly, just like the "Marco Polo Plan" for art students (the official plan for ordinary liberal arts and science students). Students who apply through the program can be exempted from Italian requirements. It is a companion part of the Marco Polo program and also an official cooperative program for studying abroad with the cooperation background of the Sino-Italian government. The difference is that Turandot plans to recruit only art students, including Chinese students in music and art. It is a special program for art students to study in Italy. This project can be said to be a clean slate in the field of studying abroad.

意大利藝術(shù)留學(xué)申請條件

1.圖蘭朵計(jì)劃申請條件與手續(xù)流程申請要求（針對中國學(xué)生）要有一定的美術(shù)、音樂和相關(guān)藝術(shù)專業(yè)的專業(yè)功底，均需提供相關(guān)作品或作品集。 

2.本科申請需要高中畢業(yè)或以上學(xué)歷，高中階段學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)秀；研究生需要國內(nèi)本科成績，學(xué)位證以及畢業(yè)證。

3.高考成績不低于300分、[高考成績+（藝術(shù)分÷藝術(shù)成績總分）x750]÷2≥400

4.提供會考成績（如果該省份沒有組織會考可以不提供）；

5.入學(xué)前需要具有一定的意大利水平，個(gè)別雙語授課的院校，需要具有一定的英語和意大利語水平。
